Description

Auction bid data received by the ISO from participants for the Long-Term FTR Auction. This report will list the customer's FTR Annual market bids by location. The source and destination location information will be printed on the reports. This report is meant for distribution to MIS SFTP site. The reports are generated annually on demand per customer, one report for each annual auction.

settlement is the date of the first day of the month for which the data applies, formatted as YYYYMMDD,
version is the date/time when the report was generated, formatted as YYYYMMDDHHMSS
Note: The comments will detail the 'from' and 'to' dates for which the bids apply.
