Pool

Pool Capacity Supply Obligation

The MW value of capacity acquired in the Control Area, including Real-Time Emergency Generation capacity capped by the Real-Time Emergency Generation capacity limit.

Pool HQICC

The total MW value of the Hydro-Quebec Interconnection Capability Credits.

Pool RTEG Capacity Supply Obligation

The total MW value of the Capacity Supply Obligation for Resources designated as Real-Time Emergency Generation.

Pool RTEG Utilization Ratio

The ratio of the maximum allowed capacity from Real-Time Emergency Generation Resources that will be counted towards meeting the Installed Capacity Requirement and the actual Capacity Supply Obligation for Real-Time Emergency Generation Resources.

Pool Peak Contributions

The total MW value of Load Asset and Dispatchable Asset Related Demand Peak Contributions.

Customer Specifically Allocated CTR Credit for Pool Planned Units

When Maine is modeled as a Capacity Zone, for units located in the Maine Capacity Zone and identified as Pool Planned Units, the Product of a Customer Specifically Allocated CTR for Pool Planned Units multiplied by the difference between the Rest of Pool FCA Payment Rate and the Capacity Zone FCA Payment Rate, multiplied by 1000.

When NEMA-Boston is modeled as a Capacity Zone, for all units identified as Pool Planned Units, the Product of a Customer Specifically Allocated CTR for Pool Planned Units multiplied by the difference between the Capacity Zone FCA Payment Rate and the Rest of Pool FCA Payment Rate, multiplied by 1000.

Customer Specifically Allocated CTR for Transmission Upgrade

The value of MWs from a transmission upgrade associated with an internal interface to or from an import/export constrained Capacity Zone for which the Customer is entitled to specifically allocated CTR credits when the import/export constrained zone is modeled.

Customer Specifically Allocated CTR Credit for Transmission Upgrade

When an Export Zone is modeled as a Capacity Zone, for customers identified as having Transmission Upgrades eligible for CTR, the Product of a Customers Specifically Allocated CTR for Transmission Upgrade multiplied by the difference between the Rest of Pool FCA Payment Rate and the Capacity Zone FCA Payment Rate, multiplied by 1000.

When an Import Zone is modeled as a Capacity Zone, for customers identified as having Transmission Upgrades for the Import Constrained Zone eligible for CTR, the Product of a Customers Specifically Allocated CTR for Transmission Upgrade multiplied by the difference between the Capacity Zone FCA Payment Rate and the Rest of Pool FCA Payment Rate, multiplied by 1000.

Customer Specifically Allocated CTR Credit

Customer Residual CTR Fund Distribution Allocation MW

The sum of customer Capacity Load Obligation MW and the Specifically Allocated CTR for Pool Planned Units

Customer Residual CTR Fund Credit

The product of a customer pro rata share of the Capacity Zone Residual CTR Fund Distribution Allocation MW multiplied by the Capacity Zone Residual CTR Fund.

Customer CTR Credit

The sum of customer Residual CTR Fund Credit and the Customer Specifically Allocated CTR Credit.

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Name of the Resource.

Resource Type

The FCM Resource type receiving a Self-Supplied Obligation from the Forward Capacity Auction. Appropriate values are: Generator and Import.

Capacity Zone ID

The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone.

Capacity Zone Name

The name of the Capacity Zone.

Designated FCA Self-Supplied MW

The amount of Self-Supplied capacity designated by the Resource for the customer, in the Capacity Zone.

CLO Bilateral

Capacity Zone ID

The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone.

Capacity Zone Name

The name of the Capacity Zone.

Contract ID

The contract identifier for obligations obtained or shed through a Bilateral Contract.

Internal Reference ID

A customer -specified string, supplied at the time of contract submittal, used to facilitate the customer’s organization and tracking of contract information.

Counter-party to the transaction.

Capacity Load Obligation Bilateral MW

The Capacity Load Obligation shed or acquired through the contract. A positive value indicates the customer has shed Capacity Load Obligation and a negative value indicates the customer has acquired Capacity Load Obligation.
