Annual Rate

Black Start yearly rate value defined in OATT Schedule 16.

Monthly Rate

Black Start monthly rate value as derived from the Black Start Annual Rate

Asset Payments

Values represent the Black Start Payments for the Asset.

Ownership Share

A right or obligation, for purposes of settlement, to a percentage share of all Credits or Charges associated with an Asset.

Customer Payments
