Schedules that have been selected for use in the Day-Ahead market by the Participant can not be deleted until after 15 days of their last Day-Ahead selection.
Ramp rates are not submitted into the eMkt application. Details for submitting generator data can be found in Manual 28, Section 12 in the ISO New England Manuals.
Changing a units characteristics or bidding parameters to reflect the unit being a fast start or not a fast start will not necessarily be acknowledged by the ISO New England Control Room as such. In order for a unit to be considered a fast start or removed from fast start status, a formal request via ISO New England Customer Services needs to occur and subsequent process followed before the units fast start status will be changed and recognized for dispatch.
