ISO New England regularly updates the Web site with enhancements to increase usability and provide content updates that reflect the most current information available. See what we have done in the past six months.

March 31, 2010: ISO New England launched a Web enhancement designed to help customers better understand and resolve ISO-NE bills. The new Understanding the Bill section offers a list of billable line items that appear on the bill, with links to detailed explanations and related reports. It also presents a comprehensive list of ISO-NE reports, with links to their descriptions (in both HTML and printable PDF formats), along with templates, samples, and current statuses. In the future, as report descriptions are modified, an archive of each report's past statuses will be maintained.

To assist customers in making the transition to the new format, ISO New England continues to offer select information in familiar formats:

  1. A PDF file of the most recent of all report descriptions and a summary of most recent report changes
  2. A ZIP file bundling all of the templates (published in the .xltx format)
  3. A ZIP file bundling all of the samples (published in the .csv format).
