RTO Responsiveness and Governance Working Group
Initiated in response to FERC Order 719 on 10/17/08 re: "Responsiveness of RTOs and ISOs to Customers and Other Stakeholders." The Group will consider other stakeholder processes and governance issues as it prepares for a compliance filing due 04/28/09.
